Delivery time

After receiving the confirmation of your order, we estimate the delivery time as followed:

France: 4 working days
Europe: 6 working days
Outside European Union (EU): 7 days
French Antilles (1 & 2): 10 working days
Other destinations: 10 working days

These limits are generally well respected but they may last a bit longer if the carriers face unexpected difficulties.

Shipping restrictions

We are willing to ship our products to our customers all over the world. However, some countries have restrictions for alcoholic beverage imports (e.g. USA, Russia, etc.). Therefore, we will unfortunately be unable to meet orders received from these countries.

* Before checking out, you should check your country’s regulations and laws concerning the product you are about to buy and importation of alcoholic products.

* Cognac Flaubert declines all responsibility concerning any non-compliance of the regulation in force in the country where the product is delivered.

What happens if my package is damaged when it arrives?

We are dedicated to delivering you high quality products in the best conditions possible. However, in case the received products are damaged, you must refuse the parcel from the carrier. From this moment, you will have 24 hours to inform us of the encountered problem(s) in order to be refunded. Unfortunately, accepted damaged products cannot be refunded.

Large orders

For very large orders, we invite you to contact us in order to negotiate new prices. Substantial discounts proportional to the ordered quantity can be provided.

Payment

All the displayed prices, unless if mentioned, are provided in Euros.

Payments are secured and managed by Paypal. We accept payments in debit/credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal system, American Express (through paypal)

Minor Protection

French law stipulates that buying alcohol is forbidden for individuals below 18 years old. Customers are reminded this age limit while entering the website. For countries where the age limit may be different, customers are committed to comply with their respective countries’ legislations.

We would like to inform you that all the terms and conditions of the transactions are subject to French law. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for the violation of our customers’ countries’ legislation. Therefore, our clients are responsible for verifying the legality of the import of our products with their respective countries’ authorities.
